Doctors at the hospital made him undergo tests like ECG to ascertain the cause of his discomfort before allowing him to go.
Sources from the hospital say that Salman Khan was feeling uncomfortable due to smoke congestion caused by a fire on the set of the film ‘Dabanng’, when he complained of some pain. However, doctors pronounced that everything was well with Salman and could even be better if he could do without his heavy dose of cigarettes.
In fact, it was Salman Khan’s habit of heavy smoking that had made the situation grave after combining with the smoke coming out of fire on the set of the film. It was at this point while explaining it to Sallubhai that doctors advised him to desist from smoking for his better health. However, macho Khan was non-committal on the issue and left for Satara to shoot the next schedule of Arbaaz Khan’s flick ‘Dabanng’.
This was not for the first time that Salman Khan was faced with dilemma of quitting cigarettes. Even earlier the handsome actor had tried to quit smoking but was not successful. Just recall his preparations during the making of ‘Veer’, when on the advice of Aamir Khan, Salman Khan had decided to quit smoking but could not do so.
Like Salman Khan, another actor Saif Ali Khan, too, had faced problems due to his heavy smoking. In fact, Saif had to stop his rehearsals for stardust award function of that year and go to hospital for check up due to smoking. Even, Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are said to be infected with this not-so-decent habit.
‘Dabanng’ stars Salman Khan in the lead. It will also mark the debut of Sonakshi Sinha, Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter, in the bollywood. Though the lady has already been making waves in fashion world though modeling and walking the ramp but this will be her dream debut opposite superstar Salman Khan.
The movie will also feature Arbaaz Khan and his wife Malaika Arora Khan. However, Malaika, the sizzling hot oomph queen of bollywood, will feature with her brother- in -law Salman Khan and not with hubby Arbaaz Khan due to obvious commercial calculations.
