Maanyata wore a long gown with jeweled empire waist, sweetheart neckline, and draped short sleeves.
Sanjay Dutt wore pink and blue - which was the theme color of the party.
The event was immaculately planned by Amisha, Minica Chabria and Sejal Shah. Rohit Bal designed the interiors.
Special invites, which read 'Double trouble is here,' were sent out with a box of cupcakes and a cute poem.
The couple is expecting twins.
Sanjay' two sisters, Priya Dutt and Namrata Dutt, attended the event and posed for photogs with Maanyata in the middle.
Others on the guest list included Maanyata's close friends - Kangana Ranaut, Shilpa Shetty with husband Raj Kundra, Ashmit Patel, Sophie Choudhary, Neha Oberoi, Vidya, Krishika Lulla, Sheeba, Malaika Khan, Maana Shetty and Jaya Prada.
