Shahrukh Khan: The King Of 'vulgarity’: Newly Shahrukh Khan performed at a Bollywood occasion in Dhaka in front of a colossal swarm. SRK is severely criticized for saying a Bangladeshi slang repeatedly from the dais. The tabloid has said that it shows that the star had no respect for the host country, and that his dance with several skimpily dressed Russian dancers wasn’t decent as the show was also watched by many on television. SRK’s lighting up a cigarette in the presence of cameras backstage has also not gone down well with the media because smoking in public places is banned in Bangladesh.
The tabloid has even condemned the organizers of the event for making many bogus promises in the name of SRK and not delivering any of those. The news has also kicked up an online war among the fans and detractors of Khan.
This was for the first time that so many Bollywood stars have performed in Dhaka; it’s reported that Shahrukh was paid whopping $200,000 for the show.
