` strange hOtel key cards `

Holiday Inn is revamping its image and has come up with the most original idea of doing so, with the help of world-record holder cardstacker Bryan Berg. The Key Card Hotel is a 400 sq ft construction in Manhattan and it’s entirely made of Holiday Inn key cards, it weighs two tons and promises visitors an experience they will never forget, HotelChatter says
The Key Card Hotel, made of no less than 200,000 plastic slips that took four months to put together and representing Berg’s biggest challenge to date, includes a guest bedroom, a bathroom and a lobby, all of them fully equipped with amenities also made of key cards. Bed linen, carpets, towels and even toilets are made of the same material so, if you ever wanted to see what discarded plastic slips are good for, New York is the best place to be right now if you’re also in the mood for some traveling.
Those interested would better hurry, though, since the Key Card Hotel is open only until September 21, with the first 250 guests receiving a free stay for a night at any Holiday Inn hotel around the world, also as part of the campaign to reinvent the Holiday Inn brand, HotelChatter says
